2026 CMASS Equipment and Trailer Repair/Refurb Day
searchSearch
Search

It has been a couple of years since we have had a repair day for the CMASS trailer and equipment. A number of members (including myself) have pointed out this situation. I propose we put our collective efforts together to schedule a repair day sooner rather than later. Looking at my calendar, the S&T calendar, and the CMASS calendar, I see the following dates as candidates:

Saturday Aug 29th

Sunday Aug 30th

Saturday Sept 12th

Sunday Sept 13th

What we need to do is find a willing host and to pick a date when a minimum of five (and hopefully more) CMASS members other than myself can attend to do the work.

Guy.

Saturday Aug 29th works for me.

Frank D

Either August date or the 12th of September is good for me.

Either August date or the 12th of September is good for me.

Ditto

At this time, all of the dates are good for me.

Stephen

I cannot do the August dates.

Both September dates work for me. The 12th is the NORG night launch if we want to do it beforehand.

We have a tentative date of Saturday, August 29th. I will post time and location as

the day gets closer. Thanks!

Guy.

I'll be there!

Andrew

Jim Moe has graciously volunteered to host the CMASS maintenance day. The Date is Saturday, August 29th. The time is from 10 am til ? Jim's address is:

30 Pinewood Drive, Stratham, NH 03885

There is plenty of parking, but please don't block any of his neighbor's driveways

or mail boxes. If you have any red, blue, yellow, or black spray paint you want to

get rid of, bring it along. We will likely be emptying the trailer out and cleaning out

any junk and dirt in the trailer and boxes. I will have my label maker and plenty of

label tape to clearly mark any unmarked or under marked boxes and containers.

Also, if anyone has Vinyl sticker experience, we have some NAR emblems to add

to the artwork on the trailer. They were produced by Sticker Shock.

Thanks!

I fixed the last message. The date is August the 29th!

Guy

Just wanted to bump this up as a reminder. See you there.

Thanks to Andrew, Arno, Ed, Frank & Linda, Guy, and, especially, Jim & Liz for the work put in on the Maintenance Day. Everything is cleaned, organized and well labelled; set up and tear down should be much smoother going forward.

If you missed your chance to volunteer today, there are plenty of opportunities to help out at upcoming launches.
