Be gentile. A lot of these rocketry vendors are operating out of their garage or basement and doing it on top of their day jobs. Yes, a vacation notice would be nice. But they are doing it as a service, and if becomes too much of a hassle, they will throw in the towel.

I'm not sure when Ray will be back. His last FB update was Aug.2 and he was still there... but he they did travel for a wedding, which has already happened. I'd expect him back soon. I'm sure he'll get right on your order with his return. He's always been a very reliable vendor.

They are a terrific vendor. You will get what you ordered. Not sure why there would be a hold up in a response.

I recently ordered an L13 rocket kit from FlisKits (and also sent multiple inquiries on their out of stock Nell kit) several days ago and have not heard anything from them regarding any shipping information. My debit card has been charged for the order and it has cleared.

Has anyone in the group had any contact with them at all recently?
